I would never recommend this veterinary practice. My mother’s 14-year-old pup underwent an echocardiogram through this office, and despite multiple phone calls and follow-up attempts, we never received the results. We were repeatedly told someone would contact us, but that never happened. Just two and a half weeks after the test, our beloved pup passed away. It has now been weeks since her passing, and we still have not received the echocardiogram results or any explanation for the complete lack of communication. While her dog was a senior, she was living a happy and well-balanced life. We can’t help but wonder whether timely results and appropriate treatment options could have made a difference… We understand that outcomes can’t be guaranteed, but we were never given the opportunity to make informed decisions because we were left completely in the dark. She died in my mothers arms, from what we believe was a heart attack… What has been most disappointing is not only the failure to communicate but the total lack of empathy shown throughout this process. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, and the silence from this office has only added to our grief. We trusted them with a cherished member of our family and were met with unanswered calls, unfulfilled promises, and no compassion whatsoever. Dr. Kirby has made no effort to reach out to my mother, even after years of her dog being a loyal patient. We are DEVASTATED and will not use this practice in the future if we ever decide to take in another pet.

The friendly staff always make sure to take wonderful care of Sadie Sue (Pembroke Welsh Corgi) and Ronni Rue (Lab Mix). Wouldn’t take our babies anywhere else!
